How does co-ownership work?
Co-ownership allows multiple individuals to share the costs and usage of luxury vehicles. Typically, a minimum of four co-owners is required for each vehicle, ensuring that everyone enjoys access while sharing expenses. This model maximizes the luxury experience without the financial commitment of full ownership.
What types of vehicles are available?
We offer a diverse selection of luxury cars, yachts, and planes from top brands. Members can choose from sports cars, sedans, luxury yachts, and private jets, catering to various preferences and occasions. Our inventory is regularly updated to include the latest models.
How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, simply download the LuxeDrive app. Browse our available vehicles, select your preferred option, and follow the booking process. Reservations can be made directly in the app, allowing for a seamless experience.
What are the payment options?
A deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your co-ownership. The deposit amount varies by vehicle. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers, ensuring a convenient transaction process.
What happens after I pay the deposit?
Once your deposit is received, we initiate a background check and handle the necessary paperwork. This process typically takes a few days. Afterward, we confirm your co-ownership and provide further instructions for the next steps.
Are there any membership requirements?
Yes, we conduct background checks to ensure a safe and trustworthy community. Members must provide identification and proof of address. This process helps maintain the quality and security of our co-ownership system.
How do I choose my usage dates?
You can select your usage dates directly through our app. The calendar feature allows you to check availability and book your time with the vehicle. If your preferred dates are unavailable, you can choose alternative dates or join a waitlist.
What support is available during my experience?
We offer comprehensive customer support throughout your experience. If you encounter any issues or have questions during your usage, our dedicated support team is available via the app or by phone to assist you promptly.
What are the maintenance and insurance policies?
Maintenance and insurance are included as part of the co-ownership agreement. LuxeDrive Club handles all maintenance and upkeep, ensuring that vehicles are always in optimal condition. Insurance coverage is also provided, protecting all co-owners during their usage (All co-owners are named drivers on the insurance).
There is a monthly subscription fee to cover all maintenance of your vehicles.
Can I sell my co-ownership share?
Yes, you can sell your share of co-ownership. The process involves notifying LuxeDrive, and we will assist you in finding a replacement co-owner. There may be specific terms and conditions, so please review your agreement for details.
